Our Silly Socks Flower Pop yarn is made out of 75% wool which will keep your feet warm and cozy, while the 25% of polyamide (nylon) will make your socks resistant and sturdy.
Silly Socks Flower Pop is super-wash treated and this means that it can be machine washed at 30°C (86°F or cold wash). This will definitely make your life easier when taking care of your beautiful socks. Even though this is a classical sock yarn, please don’t limit yourself to only knitting socks with it. Cardigans for children, mittens, beanies, etc. can all be created with this yarn.
Feel free to play with your creativity and work with two threads simultaneously (e.g. lay the thread from the outside together with the thread from the inside). The colors will then get mixed even more creating an even more unexpected and fun effect that will look great in small projects as well as bigger ones.
If you want to stick to creating socks one 100 g skein will be enough for a standard pair of socks until size 40 (UK: 6.5, US: 8.5). For socks bigger than that, please make sure to get two skeins.

warm wool yarn, thin #1 and ideal for socks. thinking of what else to make with it, the colors work up very nicely with crochet :) pulling from the outside of the skein works well for me. great that it’s machine washable.

#10 color is perfect for a boy color. I really enjoy this brand of sock yarn. Makes nice light weight socks that keep your feet warm and also fits in your shoes without being bulky.
